Project Challenge:
The company wanted an attractive and beautifully modern design that reflected and captured the essence of their industry. The company also wanted a fully automated database driven website solution that would allow their existing and potential clients to receive automated email responses, updates, specials, and customized email offers.
Solution and Application:
We created a fully customized and very ambitious website design that met and exceeded all of Conner’s Events initial website design requirements. With the design phase requirements satisfied, we created an extensive and custom database solution that included uniquely tailored field and parameter denotation.
To provide Conner’s Events with an automated solution for their need to automate their online email marketing efforts, we developed a fully customized Customer Mailing Manager system. This system allows the company to send automated e-mails and HTML newsletters to registered or opt-in customers. The customized mailing manager also allows for auto responders to send out follow-up messages, event listings, general broadcasts emails, and targeted or segmented emails to clients or prospects.
Results:
After project completion, we implemented a series of pre-developed tests and tracking systems which served as the basis for the overall website productivity analysis. We tested and measured the results of the analysis, and found that the number of Conner’s Events online inquiries and qualified leads had increased by 300% within the first month of operation. The company has continued to experience substantial increases in the number of qualified leads and overall customer conversions.
