Solution and Application:
We provided Lamcon Incorporated with a corporate and professionally developed website. This solution consisted of an integrated database that serves as the engine to the project updating system. This system is tailored to be used by both clients and employees so as to facilitate timely communications between both entities. We also created a secure interface which allows Lamcon’s human resource staff to post the availability of jobs, which are immediately displayed on the career section of the website. The career section includes an online application area where prospective employees may submit their credentials to be considered for an opening.
Results:
Lamcon Incorporated achieved a very high level of efficiency during the first two weeks of our implemented solution. With the level of automation achieved, the company has been able to complete projects a week or more before the intended deadline in 95% of their contracts.
