| 1.) Planning, Strategy, & Choosing the right solutions
Once you've contacted us, either by telephone, email, or completing the contact form on our website, we will schedule a free telephone consultation, a visit for you at our office, or we will send one of our representatives to meet with you at your office or a location that is convenient for you. We will gather information about your company, services, audience, purpose, site goals and more.
2.) Website Design Proposal and Pricing
Once the information is gathered and consolidated from our preliminary consultation, we will develop a website proposal for you that will include all of the services that we will be providing your company as well pricing. The proposal will also include a project timeline with an estimated completion date. Once the proposal is reviewed and accepted, the project will begin.
3.) Collecting Your Materials
At this stage, we will begin gathering materials for your website. Anything that you can provide to help us design your website will help. This includes, but is not limited to: brochures, business cards, promotional materials, and photos of your business. The more information and materials with which you provide us, the quicker your project will be completed and the better the overall results. If you do not have website content, we do offer content creation and content development solutions. Our editorial staff is comprised of a very diverse group of talented writing, marketing, and media professionals. We will bring our creative ideas and input to the table to help develop the right branding message and content for your website.
4.) Mockup Sites and Sample Layouts
We will create a few mock websites and designs for your company to critique and discuss. If you have requested a logo design, this usually occurs at this stage as well. We will narrow down exactly what you're looking for in terms of design and layout. Your feedback is essential in the web design process and is welcome at any time. Based on your feedback from the mockup site(s), a complete design is established and used for your website.
5.) Web Site Completion, Post analysis, Debugging and Feedback
This is the phase in which we conduct a full scale post audit and analysis of your website to ensure that everything is in correct order. We will check the website and overall page load times, browser compatibility, resolution testing and the overall optimal performance of your website. We will look to identify and correct any bottlenecks or trouble spots. You will have the opportunity to review and modify anything about your website during this phase. We will provide you with a fully functioning version of your website and gather your feedback.
6.) Site goes "Live"
Once feedback, suggestions, and approval are obtained, that's it! Your website will now be published for the world to see! You will be able to begin advertising your website: tell your friends, business acquaintances and publish print material with your website's address on it. This is also the phase in which your website will be search engine optimized. We will use the keywords and descriptions that we have developed for your website along with our search engine strategies. The process starts by submitting your website to various search engines and to any other website promotion services that we feel are needed. We will also implement a few secret strategies of our own.
7.) Ongoing Support and Services
